Avaya IP Office™ Platform overview
The Avaya IP Office™ Platform is a cost-effective telephony system that supports mobile, distributed workforce with voice and video on virtually any device. IP Office is an integrated, modular communications solution that scales up to 3000 extensions and 150 sites in a multisite network with resiliency. Match a deployment model to infrastructure needs from simple appliances to virtualized software in a data center with options in between. IP Office provides a hybrid PBX with both Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) and IP telephony with trunk support, used in either mode or both concurrently. IP Office has data capabilities built-in, providing IP routing, switching and firewall protection, between LAN and WAN (LAN2).
In addition to basic telephony services and voicemail, IP Office offers both hard phone and softphone options. Soft phone applications are designed to provide flexibility for remote workers and to allow workers to access telephony services, such as making and receiving calls, voicemail, and call forwarding from their computer or mobile device.

Avaya G-Series Media Gateways
Resilient Solutions for Head Office, Branch Office, and all points in between Avaya G-Series Media Gateways provide a flexible, reliable,and scalable platform for your Avaya communications applications. From head office to the smallest branch, Avaya G-Series Media Gateways provide the scalability and configuration options for cost-effective and resilient connectivity. For high volume locations, Gateways can be stacked as required, with a single instance supporting up to 10,000 busy hour call completions. For lower traffic locations, like branch offices at the edge of an enterprise network or locations across a campus environment ,Gateways can be flexibly scaled to meet immediate needs with the knowledge that future growth is always an option.
Select from either the G450 Media Gateway for higher volume requirements or the G430 Media Gateway for smaller capacity needs. Both platforms share many of the same capabilities, including common media module cards and the ability to provision an S8300 blade server for robust local communications survivability.
